(2) game-used bats:

 

1977-1979 Bill Madlock game-used signature model bat: 34”/33 oz. Louisville Slugger C263 with moderate use including a ball mark, tape that is crisscrossed on the handle and dirt residue on the tape. Additionally, a crack on the reverse handle has been repaired

 

1983-1985 Pedro Guerrero game-used signature model bat: 35-1/2”/34 oz Louisville Slugger B267 with heavy use including pine tar layer, tape on handle, a large (almost 8”) crack on the reverse barrel and ball marks scattered throughout.

(3) Louisville Slugger black HOF commemorative bats: present well unless noted; 1951 New York Giants commemorative bat (heavy wear), American League MVP Bat LE #196/1000 and National League MVP Bat LE #132/1000

(4) other commemorative bats: Andre Dawson Worth bat with “National League MVP 1987” and stats etched into the area above the barrel, Mark McGwire Rawlings Adirondack 1998 “50-50-50” bat, 1998 Yankees LE #552/1998 commemorative bat with facsimile signatures, Graig Nettles Louisville Slugger R79 with moderate wear (too short to be a gamer, possibly a spring training or souvenir bat)

 

Huggins and Scott is allowing the winning bidder 45 days from the date when payment is received to have the item independently authenticated. Payment must, however, be made within two weeks from the end of the auction. Huggins and Scott is not responsible for any authentication fees or shipping charges incurred by the winning bidder but H&S will refund the hammer price and buyer's premium if the item does not pass authentication with a reputable third party company.
