Baseball's greatest 19th-century star personally endorsed just one game—and this is it. Produced by Chicago-based United States Sporting Goods Co., the 4 x 6-1/2" wooden scoring board rates EX, contains 35 scoring pins, and is housed in its original box (VG) with the directions intact on the lid's underside. "When in Chicago do not fail to call on CAPT. ANSON," the box promotes, "at his new and magnificent BILLIARD AND BOWLING PARLORS." A scarce survivor.
