During a memorable campaign in which he became one of just 15 pitchers to reach the 100 plateau in both career wins and saves, John Smoltz wore this 2003 Atlanta Braves road jersey. The gray knit button-down garment features “Atlanta” angled across the chest in red-on-blue twill, while a tomahawk logo is sewn just below with yellow accents. In red-on-blue twill, the since-retired number “29” is sewn to the back, while “SMOLTZ” is arched on a nameplate just above in solid blue twill. Red-and-blue trim lines the collar, button path and sleeve endings, while the tapered left front tail is home to a “Russell Athletic” label, a strip tag denoting “2-2003” and a size “50” fabric content flap tag. Improving on the aforementioned pitching stats, Smoltz went on to become the only pitcher to record at least 200 wins and 150 saves. The Hall of Fame gamer shows moderate wear and comes with an LOA from Dave Miedema.
